Replacing defective items and right of withdrawal
The items purchased by you will be packed with the utmost care in our shop, to make sure that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. However, in case you should receive a package with the outside of the pack not in perfect condition, do not accept the package, tell the courier to make a note of the damage on the transport letter accompanying the package and send a communication to shop@originaltoiletries.com, we will make a new shipment or, in the absence of the items you have chosen, to cancel the payment made by you, providing all the data related to the dossier of cancellation or refund. The right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with Articles 64, 65, 66 and 67 of legislative decree 6/9/2005 n. 206; this right is, however, applied only to items in perfect condition upon return (boxes included), as verified by our manager, upon receipt of the returned item, at our shop. Remember that the right of withdrawal must be exercised by notice in writing within 30 days, to be sent, with the modalities and within the terms provided by law, to:

The goods covered by the withdrawal must be returned to the same address. It is provided that the items will be replaced with other items or, if not possible, we will take care of a refund of the amount paid; the refund has got to be agreed with us at the above address. In any case the shipping fees will not be refunded.
Payment by Credit Card
It requires the authorization of the credit institution to debit the amount for the transaction on the customer’s credit card. The system accepts the more widespread credit cards within the international circuit (for example: Visa, Mastercard …). Once payment by credit card is selected, the system will connect the user with the institution’s (Banca del Fucino S.p.a.) credit page through an encrypted channel. It will be possible to verify that the browser is accessing the virtual branch through a secure channel checking for a padlock in the browser’s status bar itself. It is the responsibility of the Institute of Credit to properly handle the transaction verification and authorization. EFFEGI IMPEX SRL does not store, at any time of the transaction, information related to the customer’s credit card.
Payment by Bank transfer in advance:
With this method of payment the client sends the request of order directly to EFFEGI IMPEX SRL – and such request is confirmed via e-mail to the address inserted by the client. The client is responsible for sending via e-mail (shop@originaltoiletries.com) ca copy of the bank transfer within 48 hours from the order confirmation; if the notification of payment via bank transfer will not be communicated within that limit, the order will be canceled. In the event that it is not possible to forward a copy of accounting of transfer, please send us an e-mail with CRO (unique number of bank transfer), name of the bank and branch, date and time of the bank transfer and account holder. Remember to check regularly the e-mail address from which you have sent the order, since we will use that as the only official channel for communications. When your parcel has been given to the courier we will send you an e-mail confirmation of dispatch.
Online dispute resolution for consumers
The consumer resident in Europe must be aware that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. Such tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve by a non-judicial way any dispute relating to and / or arising from contracts of sale of goods and services entered into on the net. Consequently, if you are an European consumer, you can use this platform to solve whichever dispute should arise from the online contract entered into with the Owner.
